Eight Reasons Why Global Warming Is A Scam

My own opinion is that there is so much “fashionable” banter on Global Warming; that on the basis of mere peer pressure alone - one should begin to question its validity! It seems that if we humans hear something often enough, it gains authority of its own and shortly afterwards is adopted as fact - probably explaining how so many urban myths persist in society.

Global Warming fits into this category - in my opinion. See the following article - What if everyone believes in global warmism only because everyone believes in global warmism?

I was amazed at how quickly indoctrinated people had become - many not even bothering to read articles etc for themselves, but blindly accepting what the Press were issuing - as fact!

Scientists Urge World To Do Nothing At UN IPCC Conference

BALI, Indonesia - An international team of scientists skeptical of man-made climate fears promoted by the UN and former Vice President Al Gore, descended on Bali this week to urge the world to “have the courage to do nothing” in response to UN demands. 

Lord Christopher Monckton, a UK climate researcher, had a blunt message for UN climate conference participants on Monday.

“Climate change is a non problem. The right answer to a non problem is to have the courage to do nothing,” Monckton told participants.

“The UN conference is a complete waste of our time and your money and we should no longer pay the slightest attention to the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change,)” Monckton added.

Global Warming Scam - Geodynamics Scientist Says No Rising Seas!

Dr. Nils-Axel Mörner - head of the Paleogeophysics and Geodynamics department at Stockholm University in Sweden and  past president (1999-2003) has been studying the sea level and its effects on coastal areas for some 35 years.

When interviewed recently - he had this to say:

“If you go around the globe, you find no rise anywhere. But they need the rise, because if there is no rise, there is no death threat. They say there is nothing good to come from a sea-level rise, only problems, coastal problems. If you have a temperature rise, if it’s a problem in one area, it’s bene-ficial in another area. But sea level is the real “bad guy,” and therefore they have talked very much about it. But the real thing is, that it doesn’t exist in observational data, only in computer modeling”

Global Warming Scam - Disagree - Then Face a Trial!

OK - here’s a story I really did not imagine myself EVER posting in the free world! Apparently the control freaks that have signed onto the whole Global Warming thing have gone over the top!

They are proposing that anyone who opposes their viewpoint - yes people like myself and - perhaps yourself; should not have the freedom to be able to challenge what really is just their interpretation of the weather data!

They have issued a statement that we should face Nuremberg-like trials for “crimes against humanity” and urge Nuremberg-style prosecution of them.

I kid you not! I’ve heard of the thought police - but this takes the cake!

Global Warming Hoax - Canada Tipped For Coldest Winter In Years!

Now I realise that you cannot put too much trust in forecasts - because weather by its very nature is variable - hence my skepticism at all of the “precision” when it comes to global warming predictions, but this story was interesting nonetheless!

Apparently - Environment Canada is tipping one of the coldest winters in 15 years this year!

Now the Global Warming faithful out there will probably dismiss it as an anomoly - preferring to see it as further proof of how we’ve stuffed up the planetary weather - but I wonder HOW they will explain if it keeps happening when we drift back into a colder cycle at some future time?

Global Warming Scam - Sign on to Kyoto - then Taxpayers Cop It!

Here in Australia we’ve just had an election, which saw a very successful government get tossed out - because apparently the swing voters needed a change!

Now - they tossed out a government that had managed to stay sane in the face of all the Kyoto pressure and stayed AWAY from the sign up process!

But our incoming Labor government headed up by Kevin Rudd, is very committed to signing us all up for Kyoto - amid all the global warming hysteria! So here we are - in the middle of a non greenhouse related drought (we have them often in Australia, even our national song depicts it) - BUT where you might think that we’d be committed to getting some water storage issues addressed - instead they’re going to commit us to a process of reducing a gas that’s a mere trace element in the atmosphere!

And then - I read the following article that explains that countries that do sign on for the pathetic reductions that Kyoto achieves - (while China and India are just getting cranked up) - well apparently if you miss your Kyoto target - they fine you!

Apparently Japan, Italy and Spain face fines of as much as $33 billion total for failing to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions as promised under the Kyoto treaty.

GREAT! An international hallucination, based on scant science and driven by lemmings - creates another tax burden for the average citizen! Meanwhile our farmers are unable to water much of their crops, because the last lot of greenies convinced our state and federal governments that building dams to store water is destructive!

Global Warming - Videocast - Challenge Al Gore’s Inconvenient Truth

Here’s a link to an excellent Google video by Warren Meyer that takes a very comprehensive look at Global Warming, and shows the complexities of weather and asks the question - What is normal?

Warren quotes Steven Schneider - National Center (US) for Atmospheric Research at the end of his video - Steven has apparently said:

We have to offer up scary scenarios, make simplified, dramatic statements, and make little mention of any doubts we have.  Each of us has to decide what the right balance is, between being effective and being honest.

That in itself is a pretty scary scenario huh?

All I can say is - if that sets the tone for the morals driving the whole climate change phenomenon, then we are in for some real trouble in the months and years ahead!

Global Warming Scam - An Opposing View - Against The Flow!

If you’re old enough - I want you to cast your mind back - WAY back to the 1970’s?

I can - I was still a very impressionable teenager!

We lived under the constant implied threat of nuclear war - with the U.S.S.R. ever likely to push “the button” - starting a cycle which would see the United States retaliate with full force - the only outcome - the likely incineration of the entire planet!

I can still remember, full page newspaper stories of the results of a strike against the city of Adelaide, South Australia where I lived and the various death zones radiating out from ground zero!

Not nice thoughts at all! Thankfully that spectre has diminished - though who knows now; with North Korea and Syria both rattling their glow-in-the-dark nuclear sabres!

I can also remember another catastrophic scenario that was talked about at that time - an impending ICE AGE predicted to come, as a result of a reported global cooling trend!

Years came - years went - but there was NO Ice Age, that is - unless I slept through it and missed it!

I can also recall a few food discoveries that came and went!

Remember the FACT that Olive oil was bad for your health? As I recall; it was supposed to be the reason why so many Italians and Greeks appeared to be over-weight? The irony is that it is now touted as one of the BEST oils to use, and is associated with health and longevity!

There was similar hype over Pasta and Potatoes also - which later came back INTO favour - but now on the Low Carb thing, are both OUTBOUND - back into disrepute!

Oh dear - what’s a person supposed to eat now!

And one of the biggest and most recent scares - was the Millenium Bug!

You remember - we were told that the computer geeks and engineers who had built the first computer operating systems - had forgotten to plan ahead!

It was the date you see - instead of allowing for the future, they had only built systems with clocks that could handle 19– something! No-one had allowed for a time when that would roll-over to 20– something?

So - the alarm was sounded! AND - since so much of our modern society; everything from electricity generation to communication, even water supply and pumping; was controlled by computers - we were at risk!

But the guys who built these systems could not tell us what would ACTUALLY happen, they could only TRY and prepare and wait and see!

So worldwide - governments, municipalities and corporations large and small spent BILLIONS of dollars, in order to try to ensure that their systems were safe! People panicked and built shelters and stored food to survive against the civil riots that were sure to come - once our society collapsed!

And then 31st of December 1999 came and …………………………..well - we now know that it was a complete fizzer!

But - now another Doomsday is lurking!

But - far from the cooling predicted in the 70’s - NOW we’re facing a global warming phenomenon! And it’s one that we’re guilty of - through the massive amounts of fossil fuels that we burn - generating CO2 that blankets the earth trapping the infra-red heat that would normally radiate off into the blackness of space!

OK - sounds possible so far?

We’ve all experienced the really cold nights that result when we have clear skies - and the blackness almost SUCKS the heat off that area of the planet? Plus we KNOW that we are burning fuels at a massive rate -maybe all those gases ARE getting in the way and interfering with that process?

But wait a moment - didn’t we just say that that happened on cloudless nights? Does that mean that clouds which are made up of water vapour, also act to hold in heat?

If so - wouldn’t that mean that water vapour could also be a greenhouse gas?

Read a well supported article that shows greenhouse gases are made up of 95% water vapour and that CO2 is just a minor percentage - AND that man’s contribution to the CO2 part, represents only 0.117%!

But wait a second - weren’t we told that it was CO2 that was the problem? Why has no-one mentioned the MAJOR part that water vapour plays?

Now no-one is denying that mankind is generating CO2 - well the truth is that we are liberating it really, since the carbon exists already - stored in coal and crude oil. But it’s the EXTENT of impact that CO2 is having that is debatable here!

What’s that - debate - but Steve, YOU IDIOT - there’s consensus - all the scientists agree?

Not so - read about MORE THAN 31,000 Scientists - over 9,000 of those with PhD’s at the Petition Project - who present Solid Scientific Evidence that the warming is just a NATURAL SOLAR CYCLE that started in the 1820’s - WAY BEFORE we started burning fossil fuels large scale!

Check out Figure 13 on Page 4 that shows how 7 different analyses; all support each other - showing a cyclical warming, cooling and then warming - a pattern over HUNDREDS of years and most of that prior to ANY major hydrocarbon usage!

Nevertheless global warming is now always spoken of as FACT! 

I am amazed many people just blindly accept what is given to them without question! They were WRONG about the Global Cooling in the 70’s, WRONG about the Millenium Bug and - they are WRONG about this!

Ask any weather forecaster for a  guaranteed  forecast for next month and they cannot - but ask them about 20-30 years from now and the forecast is WARMER!

Now - this would be hilarious - if it weren’t so serious!

Al Gore and his sheep have convinced a HUGE number of people and many governments, including the Australian, U.K. and United States government that this is real; to the point where they are now spending $BILLIONS fighting the natural warmth of the Sun!

That’s money that could be used to build dams, hospitals, educate children or feed the World’s starving millions - instead we’re being asked to watch our carbon emissions!

GET VOCAL - AND PLEASE ACT NOW - BEFORE THEIR LEMMING-MINDED LUNACY COMPLETELY RAPES AND UNDERMINES OUR ECONOMIC STABILITY!

IN THESE TIMES OF INCREASING OIL PRICES AND WORLDWIDE FOOD SHORTAGES - WE CANNOT AFFORD TO WASTE OUR HARD EARNED TAX PAYER DOLLARS - CHASING CARBON SHADOWS!
